Sue Pease (nee Treweek) - BA Hons Fine Art (Bath Academy 1975)

ATC (Goldsmith's College 1977)

I am both a Fine Art graduate and also a qualified and experienced art teacher/tutor.

My Grandfather, a talented Cornish landscape painter, was a major figure in my childhood, so it came as no surprise that I first of all became an artist, then later returned not only to my Cornish roots, but to the very town where Grandad was born! I have been living in Cornwall with my husband & children since 1989 & I have my own studio in the garden of our home in Redruth.

During 2019 I engaged in further study at the Newlyn School of Art, on their 1 yr p/t course "Defining Practice". This exciting student-centred program has stimulated lots of new developments in my work!

If you want to see what I am currently up to my home studio is open by appt all year round. Plus I am now showing my work on a long term basis at the new Mining Exchange Gallery in Redruth - see 'Contact' page for details.
